I'm 18 years old. What can I do about my sagging breasts? (photos)

Thank you for the question. A breast lift and augmentation is something my patients and I discuss all the time. My suggestions to them are to be conservative and use an implant before considering a lift. Patients can always return and complete the lift later. 

Your photos are very dark, and there is only one view, so my response will be an educated guess.  It looks like you have very full, attractive breasts.  I can't be sure, but it seems like your nipples are above the crease under the breasts.  It looks like the whole breast is sitting low on the chest wall.  The creases may be low, too.  A modification of the medial pedicle or "lollipop" lift can raise the fold and all components of the breast, but it leaves permanent scars and a chance of numbness and problems breast feeding.  The cost benefit ratio may not justify the surgery at this time.  What I am saying is, the cure may be worse than the problem.  Please don't get implants- they will worsen the problem.  Sorry there is no easy answer.

Thank you for your question.Based on the photographs your breasts seem to be within normal limits. The droopy / saggy breasts have nipples which are lower than the breast fold. Although I do not see a side view of the breasts this does not appear to be a significant problem for you. Please do not pay too much attention to the idealized magazine version (Often Augmented) of the breasts. You do not need to get any surgery to look normal. All The Best !

It might be to your advantage to wait until you have kids if they are in your future to have them lifted as you may not be able to breast feed with a lift.

Thank you for your inquiry.  The photo provided does not provide much detail about the breast shape.  There is a wide range in breast appearance, so your breasts might be completely normal for your age and body type.  A breast lift does improve the shape and nipple position but there are permanent scars and risks associated with the surgery.  It might be worthwhile discussing your concerns with your family doctor and get an unbiased opinion whether plastic surgery is of benefit to you.

At 18 the last thing you probably want is to put scars on your breast to lift them up. I can't see very well where your inframammary fold is located in relation to your niplle areolar however dual plane breast augmentation can help in the look of your breast with slight lift in illusion . Although the photograph is hard to discern, it appears that you have breast volume. I would recommend not doing anything until after childbearing years.  Your breasts do not define who you are.

We really cannot tell from your photo but though you are relatively full on top you are not abnormal. The tone of your question suggests that something other than cosmetic surgery is the answer to your concerns. Someone can help you though you will have to look in other directions.
