Am I the only one who can’t get a smaller more refined nose? (Photos)

Hello. I had a closed rhinoplasty on the tip of my nose 8 years ago. It’s still very bulbous. It actually looks the same as it did previously. I recently went to a plastic surgeon and he said the previous surgeon had taken what cartilage he could had so basically, I cannot ever get a smaller or refined nose as it will collapse: I’d like some more opinions on this. I’ve hated my nose since highschool.
