Dislike my nostrils over primary rhinoplasty - could this be fixed without a full revision? (Photos)

2026goals
I had a primary rhinoplasty in 2020. I love my slope and tip for the most part but there are two things I’d like to tweak. My nostrils are so over exposed and fairly asymmetrical after the procedure. This was not a problem I had before rhinoplasty. I also have a divot on the left side of my tip-—unsure what would’ve caused this. I’ve called a few plastic surgeons in my area and can’t seem to get a straight/good enough answer on if they would do alar grafts to fix the issue. What would you all recommend? I’d rather steer away from a full revision because I feel like I wouldn’t need it and quite honestly I don’t want to spend the money.
