15 months post op - Do I have an inverted v deformity? Will I need a revision? (Photos)

i had a significant nasal jump reduction 15 months ago. i noted a disjointed look in my nose bridge almost significantly at 4 months post op and was hoping it was just excessive swelling. my nose essentially has not changed since. it also looks very different depending on the angle and lighting, apologies for so many photos. the photos tagged “LD” with an arrow indicate that i’m laying down and the arrow indicated the side i am laying on. my nose “flops” significant but my surgeon said this was normal. i also believe he did not do the osteotomy that was discussed during my consultation (to narrow my bridge).
