Right nostril not symmetrical following Rhinoplasty (15 years post op), how can I fix it? (Photos)

hellothere17
I had a Rhinoplasty almost 15 years ago but I’ve never been happy with my right nostril following the operation. I think it was cut accidentally and is indented slightly. What treatment options do I have to make it more symmetrical? I feel if the excess skin was removed in that location it would be more normal, can this be cut/lasered/sanded off? I am unsure of the exact medical terminology for that so excuse my layman’s terms.
