Columnella retraction and slightly droopy tip after rhinoplasty - will I need a revision? (Photos)

Lovelight33
I had a Septo/rhinoplasty done 11 months ago. I noticed that my columela was a little too retracted right from the start but I was told not to panic because I had a lot more healing to go, however I was still very bothered by the front and angle view because aside from the flat columela it also appeared a bit pointy. After 6 months my tip dropped and the front view looked a little better, however, my columela continues to look a bit flat and now the tip looks like it droops a little when I smile. I’ve been extremely stressed out because I paid a lot of money, waited so long to finally get it done, did a lot of research and now I’m probably gonna have to get it redone. I would really appreciate the opinions of other experienced surgeons. I want to know if you see what I see, if you do, can you please give me advice on what to do, what it looks like to you and what you think needs to be done to fix the problem. Thank you!!
