Breathing and aesthetic issues after second rhinoplasty in 2019. Do I need a 3rd revision? (Photos)

My primary rhinoplasty was in 2012. They slimmed down my nose and performed an alarplasty as well. My nostrils were uneven and one closed slightly. In 2019 I was in an accident and had a big impact to the left side of my nose, leaving it crooked. I had a septoplasty and the Dr took the chance to shorten my nose. My nose was left very wide and still crooked. He went in a second time and my nostril now closes completely, I have issues breathing and the lower profile of my nose is very wide. The left side is the worse (where the impact happened). There is a dip and a large bulk that I feel is the graft. Can someone please lay out my options? Is another revision too much of a risk? Do I have enough cartilage and is this too complex?
