I am 1 week po from a tummy tuck and on the left side of my stomach near my belly button, my stomach has seemed to soften, stay sore, and I almost feel a small bulge. Yesterday I was with some friends and all day I was laughing violently to the point of sore muscles. Is it possible I damaged or tore internal sutures?

Even though your stitches have been removed your wound may not be completely sealed. It would be best not to apply anything until the wound is sealed and you have the approval of your surgeon. After the wound is sealed application of aloe vera should be safe.
