Wow! If you’re thinking of any kind of breast surgery, then look no further! I’m one week post surgery, and saw my new boobs today for the first time. I can’t stop staring at them haha! Everything, from the incisions, to the shape, the size, is just PERFECT! I truly can’t believe how lucky I am to have found Mr Marando, after many friends had recommended him! He remembers everything about every conversation you’ve ever had with him and makes you feel so at ease and comfortable. It’s a joy to be in his company. I was very apprehensive and nervous having never had cosmetic surgery before, but the minute I met Andrea, I just knew that I could trust him. I couldn’t recommend him and his wonderful team enough. I must also mention his anaesthetist Ehsan, who did nothing but totally reassure me and talk me through everything so perfectly. ( The “going under” part freaks me out). It always gives you confidence knowing that they have worked as a team for over 10 years - both taking such pride in the work they do together. On Monday I had my first ever cosmetic surgery with the wonderful Andrea Marando! I’m currently healing from said surgery, but the level of care, reassurance from clinic and knowledge has blown my mind. Mr Marando gave me a breast uplift and implant, and without me having to explain, he just knew what I wanted to achieve, knew the right size, assessed my busy lifestyle and recommended I stay in for the break. From start to finish I just knew he was the right surgeon for me, his calm nature, advice and personal approach just made me feel so at ease. I cannot recommend Mr Marando at Star Clinic, Altrincham enough. I chose to have the new minimally invasive MIA procedure to enhance my breasts, and the whole experience was incredibly positive. The procedure itself was very straightforward, with hardly any downtime and minimal pain — just a little discomfort for a few days. The results are beautifully natural, exactly what I wanted. They look and feel as though they’ve always been a part of me. I also loved that there are no scars on my breasts, just a small incision hidden in my armpits. My breasts now look fuller and more youthful, and I couldn’t be happier. The care and support from Mr Marando and his team were absolutely exceptional — truly above and beyond. I am so happy with my results.

I had a brilliant experience with Mr Marando, he is so professional, caring and patient. I never felt pressured or rushed in any of our consultations before I made the decision to go ahead with the surgery. The result already is amazing even though I only had the neck lift procedure 6 days ago, I have never been in any significant pain and bruising is hardly noticeable! Everything from start to finish has been an enjoyable experience. The clinic is beautiful and very calming. The staff are exceptional, all making you feel very welcome and special. Before the procedure Mr Marando and his anaesthetist put me at ease and explained everything thoroughly. Nyasha was superb looking after me during the day, along with Sean and Tracy. Overnight Michelle was excellent too. Serena was on leave but when I returned to clinic 6 days later to have my stitches removed Serena looked after me and as always is so lovely. A huge thank you to Mr Marando and his team, I am absolutely delighted with the outcome!
