Any topical's applied to your incision should be at the root augmentation of your own plastic surgeon. Aloe vera will have no effect on the outcome of the scar.
Even though your stitches have been removed your wound may not be completely sealed. It would be best not to apply anything until the wound is sealed and you have the approval of your surgeon. After the wound is sealed application of aloe vera should be safe.

This will definitely leave a scar but with proper care it may not be too bad. It takes about a year for the scar to mature, and after that time you can consider getting scar revision treatment. In the meantime, take care of it as your surgeon advises.
