I’m not sure what I need. I just want my clothes to fit better. It would be really nice to wear a 2piece again, but my horror show belly will likely not look well enough to see the light of day even after surgery :( I could stand to lose 6lbs to be at my ideal perfect weight, but I’m not overweight. My belly is just a wreck from such large babies. And I have an umbilical hernia and prolapsed everything. So I’m not even sure what type of doctor to go to? Could I combine surgeries at once?

Hi,. The two are totally unrelated. If antibiotics nare prescribed a yeast infection may occur. Dryness is more a function of hormones. Good luck Dr PG
