Blood test results: Will I have to reschedule my breast augmentation?

I’m to have a breast augmentation on 2/14/24. I did my pre-Op lab tests and these are the results Hemoglobin of 11.5, Hematocrit of 34.2%, and RBC of 4.16 million. I’m a HIV positive patient but I am considered undetectable, I feel as tho I’ve been waiting for a refill on my prescription so that may be why these numbers are how they are
