2 months post. I feel like the only reason they fit in a DDD is because they are sitting high currently. Will I remain this size once they drop or have to go up a size? I can't imagine them fitting in the DDD bra size seen in the photo once they drop. They barley fit in now.

Answer: Breast augmentation, post op size In order to let the implants to drop, you should let them gently come down with time and gravity. I recommend not pushing them up with a bra for 3 months. However the size varies by the manufacturing companies. One may say DDD but another one may say DD or D. I'm sure you have discussed the size you wish with your plastic surgeon before selecting the implant.

Answer: BA results Dear sunnydays345543, I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast augmentation surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process at 2 montha post op.You will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively. At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides and the implants drop to their final position, you will be able to see the final result of your breast augmentation surgery.
