Hi,There is no difference indication between deep plane face lift and classic smas lift on the lower face.However if you focus on malar area, nasolabial folds you have to choose deep plane. There is a strong ligament over the zygoma we call zygomaticocutanos ligament. If its not released during the operation not effective to malar area. According to the pictures i have seen of you; I advice Bishectomia and Masseter Toxins. The operation is clearly effective after 6 weeks, Masseter Toxins are effective until at least for 3 months. Answer is yes, it’s possible smas lift and then deep plane but why?they are both surgery but Smas lift and deep plane face lift results are not same. Once is temporary once is permanent (nothing is permanent I mean we turn back the clock)If you decide a surgery choose deep plane, but you have a hasitate try mesoterapy (not same results but some cases its work.
