I would like to get rid of my double-chin & jowls & have a sharper, more defined jawline. I'm 37 & while I'm sure aging hasn't helped, I had a 'heavy' lower face even when I was young (I think it's mostly fat as opposed to sagging skin). I've talked to multiple surgeons & they've all recommended different treatments (neck lift, chin implant, facelift, buccal fat, submentoplasty). Did chin lipo & fillers but want something more dramatic.

Answer: Chin & Jawline Contouring for a 30-Something Thanks for sharing your photos. In general, your neck and chin lines aren't too bad. So, I would reserve more aggressive procedures for instances where a lot more work needs to be done to achieve ideal results. You would get good results from a minimally invasive approach. I would start with Morpheus to your submentum and jowls. I would also add filler to your jawline (pre and post-jowl sulci), chin and mental crease (indention seen on the side view between your lower lip and chin).

Answer: Neck lift It seems that most of your surrent issue comes due to deep fat deposits underneath platysma muscle; these are not something to be corrected with liposuction. Open approach, by means of anterior neck lift, through a small incision underneath the chin will allow surgeon to remove deep fat and rearrange platysma muscle. Liposuction along the jawline would help to give more definition to the jaw and chin. Not sure about chin augmentation; in person evaluation would help. Hope this helps. Good luck.
