I had an internal deep plane neck lift, with liposuction and profound rf. My 3 month post photos look better than my 14 month post results. I have maintained a consistent weight since post op and followed aftercare instructions to a T. my surgeon claims my results are optimal but I am deeply unsatisfied with my results. Did my neck lift fail?

Very likely, based onthese photos and short of in person evaluation, that anterior neck lift may be good option for you. Howerver. only on the basis of in person evaluation one could decide whether neck lift of lower fce/neck lift would be better solution for you. Good luck.
