Did my deep plane neck lift fail? (Photo)

Question

I had an internal deep plane neck lift, with liposuction and profound rf. My 3 month post photos look better than my 14 month post results. I have maintained a consistent weight since post op and followed aftercare instructions to a T. my surgeon claims my results are optimal but I am deeply unsatisfied with my results. Did my neck lift fail?

Based on your before and 3 monts after surgery photos, you had very a good result after surgery. In that regard nobody can say that your surgery failed. Accumulation of fat or laxity of structures that were tightened during lift may be the reason for current condition. Revision may be considered but do not blame your surgeon for failed result.
