i'm 67, have very loose hanging neck skin. my glands are there, but i've seen them for years. I just dont like the idea of messing with glands. I did some research and dont like what i read. having facelift/necklift soon.- Doc is a facial plastic surgeon. I'm sure he can give me a good result without it. I'll get details re: how he reduces it, shaves? or reduces surgically. Thank you

Very likely, based onthese photos and short of in person evaluation, that anterior neck lift may be good option for you. Howerver. only on the basis of in person evaluation one could decide whether neck lift of lower fce/neck lift would be better solution for you. Good luck.
