Should I go for neck lift to remove my double chin?

Hi i am 23 yrs old male, i did liposuction 6 months ago and lost some weight as well. Liposuction has worked with me on my angles but i still have a double chin. Do i need to do necklift for removing the double chin?

Significant volume of fat is located underneath the platysma muscle and can not be reached with liposuction. In your case, a neck lift through a single incision placed underneath the chin, would allow access to that deep fat removal and reposition of platysma muscles (platysmoplasty). In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with expertise in anterior neck lift, is recommended. Good luck.

Although you are very young, the amount of extra skin cannot be addressed in any other way but a necklift. There is also enough left over fat in the neck that it would need to be liposuctions again and deeper fat below platysma muscle removed under direct visualization as well.
