The combination of all of these procedures would likely go over that 6 hour limit. The goal is to cap off the length of surgery in order to minimize the risk of complications, such as blood clots, infections, or anesthesia-related issues. So, your surgeon may recommend staging the procedures if they estimate that total surgery time could exceed the recommended safe duration. Also, since you experienced a hematoma in the past, your surgeon will likely take extra precautions to prevent this, such as closely monitoring blood pressure and using specific surgical techniques to minimize bleeding.

It may be possible, although it depends on the opinion of your surgeon, based on an assessment of your health and goals, as well as their experience.

When it comes to combination surgery it will depend on the judgement of your surgeon , their assessment on how long the combination surgery will take, if your health allows it and if the surgeries are compatible to be done together . The surgeries you mentioned are definitely compatible , the breast augmentation will likely be done first as it needs the highest level of sterility since an implant/foreign object is placed that being said the final decision will depend on your surgeon, if they believe that it will take too long they might wanna split them as not to keep you under anesthesia for too long.I hope this helps, best of luck!

You can certainly have those procedures combined. However you might get a hematology evaluation because of your prior history of hematoma. Especially if you get nose bleeds or had a history of heavy periods.
