Thanks for your question. I would prefer to also have pictures of your side and front for a better evaluation, but from this single picture, you seem to be a good BBL candidate. The BBL includes 360 lipo, which is lipo of the upper and lower abdomen, the upper and lower back and the flanks. This helps contour your waist and give you an hourglass figure, and the transferred fat will help you achieve your of adding projection to your buttocks. If you do not have enough fat in these areas, liposuction can be performed in many other areas of the body for fat transfer to the buttocks, such as the upper arms and chin. Based on your desired results, you may be asked to gain some weight. I recommend you schedule a consult for a proper evaluation. I believe it is important to keep in mind that BBL, which in my opinion is best performed through a liposculture procedure and then fat transfer to glutes, enhances the contours of the body. It also improves proportionality across the body. However does not alter bone structure. In order to improve proportion, it is possible to remove fat accumulations that do not correspond with the symmetry of the body. Great question. People who are thinner are often concerned that they will have trouble achieving their ideal shape. And while we may not be able to obtain a huge volume for fat transfer, removing fat and transferring it to the right places can enhance the shape more dramatically. The patient tells her expectations and the doctor evaluates the patient's situation, pelvic base (bony structure), body type, waist circumference (with and without the fat tissue), fat amount to be harvested in the body to see if these expectations can be met.You sent one picture that makes it difficult to understand if there is enough fat tissue available for the results you desire. For the pelvic structure, it looks that you can achieve the A shape having the fat injection of the sides and projection site.For my experience it looks that you need at least 900 cc of fat for each side.
