Hello I had 5 bbl procedures in the past 5 years each time liposuction was performed in all the same areas back, stomach , flanks inner thigh etc Me and my partner were discussing having a baby . I just want to know how will pregnancy impact my results ? Will the skin on my stomach become extremely deflated and saggy due to 5 liposuctions as it’s already a little bit loose . I heard the snap back is better after bbl but what about 5?
Answer: Pregnancy There is a possibility that your prior surgical results can be impacted by pregnancy. The skin will stretch to accommodate the baby and weight gain can vary woman to woman. The "bounce back" will vary depending on weight gain and skin elasticity.

Answer: BBL and pregnacy Thank you so much for your question. During a BBL procedure a liposuction is perform is different area to remove fat and give you a contour body look, it's very important to know the liposuction it is not a definitive procedure if the patient has a very changing weight this will affect the BBL results specially the fat that was transfer and the shape the patient received. During the pregnancy is common to gain weight, my recommendation for you start a healthy routine of exercises, balanced food and do not forget your pregnancy vitamins this will help you to maintenance your results after your new baby. Last but not least, many patients after their pregnancies say they have taken care of themselves and their results have changed for the better. Hope this helps Dr. Quiroz

Answer: Five BBL‘s and a baby No one should have or need five gluteal fat transfer procedures. Something doesn’t sound right about your story. Either some of those procedures were revision work or the procedure was not done as well as it could have. Likewise five rounds of liposuction in the same area also makes no sense. Well done liposuction procedure will permanently remove 60 to 70% of the subcutaneous fat in that area. people do not regrow new fat so typically after a second round of liposuction there is no indication to do further liposuction. again, these are statements based on well done normal procedures and typical people. Pregnancy changes typically involve skin laxity, abdominal muscle separation and for many women temporary weight gain. The weight gain can contribute to abdominal skin laxity but considering you probably have virtually no subcutaneous fat the only thing on your abdomen that will change is most likely more related to the enlargement of the uterus and possibly increased amounts of visceral fat. if you have a fat distribution with more visceral fat. Women have very different responses to pregnancy in regards to both muscle separation and skin laxity. Much of this seems to be genetic make up. Looking at your mothers abdomen will give you some representation of what pregnancy changes may look like. Having a child and with it a healthy pregnancy should be the priority once the decision is made. Most plastic surgeons will recommend you focus on the well-being of the patient as a mother and their child as the foremost important variable during this time. Time will tell what a pregnancy may cause in regards to body changes for you. Women who have the least amount of permanent body change from pregnancy tend to be genetically blessed and not gain excess weight with the pregnancy. Sometimes it’s simply having been born with good genetics taking good care of yourself also helps. Hopefully after five procedures your BBL and the rest of your body is where you want it.
