Is it safe to get lipo or fat dissolving shots in the BBL area to slim the "shelf"?

I want to slim the "shelf" that was given in my bbl procedure. Can I get lipo shots that dissolves fate to help do this?

If you’re not happy with the outcome of your procedure you should follow up with your provider and discuss having a revision.
Without including pictures we can’t make an assessment. The correct way to remove excess fat on the body is generally using liposuction.
