Would I be able to schedule 2 surgeons for different surgeries on the same day?

I wanna get a breast lift with fat transfer, bbl, buccal fat removal and chin lipo. There is a surgery center i found that has 3 surgeons who are qualified to preform all the surgeries but i figured it might be better to cut surgery time down and have it all performed at once, with more than just one surgeon. would i be able to ask for that? i'm aware this could depend on the surgeon's availability to coordinate. also how long would surgery take if i did coordinate with 2 surgeons?

Maybe ask them? If they’re in a group maybe they will but your procedures aren’t unrealistic for one surgeon to do alone

I would say that this would not be advisable. Trying to coordinate all that together seems not wise. I would try to find one surgeon who can perform all the procedures (if safe from a time standpoint, etc.) or break things up into smaller surgeries as needed.

Hello, thanks for your question. It's a great idea to schedule two or more surgeons to perform different procedures. Your hospital bill will be less expensive, and your downtime will be shorter. That's a regular practice in Tijuana and other places, so you can make the most of your time in the city. For example, you can have breast implants and a rhino or Lipo with BBL and mastopexy. Specializing surgeons, double certified in Mexico and the US, can coordinate in the surgery room to get the best harmonic results. Consult your doctor! Good luck!

Every Plastic Surgery Clinic has its own policy regarding the plastic surgery number entering one patient's surgery. In some clinics doctors come together to reduce the duration of the surgery and in some clinics one surgeon starts and ends the operation.
In our clinic, we prefer to attend the combined operations as two doctors and we can effectively reduce the surgery time and thus recovery period. Here it is important to share the procedures instead of sharing sides to achieve the symmetric results.

Interesting question. That combination can not be completed at exact same time during the operation. Most likely The Lipo 360/BBL would be done first to completion then the buccal removal would be next. This is because intra oral surgery is by definition a dirty case and should be done after the clean surgery (ie: Lipo360/BBL) is finished. plus all the re positioning of you the patient. I suspect the surgery time to be 4 hours+. I do not understand why you do not use same surgeon to do ALL the operative steps? Best to virtual consult with....

Most of your procedures would require only one surgeon at a time (all but the breast lift). Removing Buccal fat pads at the same time as Lipo would be difficult because of the shaking that occurs with liposuction.  
The breast lift would allow a bit less time (about an hour) with two surgeons suturing.

It’s definitely possible to have combined procedures with more than one surgeon. You may have issues with plastic surgeons wanting to do all three of your procedures.
The only way to find out is to consult and ask them.
Doing combined work with other providers always requires cooperation and willingness to adjust their schedule. Somebody is going to be operating on their non-operating day.
Some providers will be more willing and flexible to do this than others.
Buccal fat pad reduction comes with significant potential future drawbacks and I would consider getting very high-quality assessments before having that operation.
Enough people regret having buccal fat pad removal for me to warn people against the operation.
It may look good on young people with chubby faces who have small mandibles but in the long term it’s not treating the primary cause of the problem and facial aging has a lot to do with loss of volume.
Deliver in consistent quality liposuction and fat transfer results is more difficult than most people believe it.
Most plastic surgeons think they’re better at the procedures than they actually are.
Finding the right surgeon is more important than having the convenience of a combined procedure.
You should not have difficulties finding a surgeon who can do breast fat transfer and a BBL. The two procedures are fairly similar in that way.
Chin and neck liposuction can pretty easily be done as an office base procedure using local anesthesia with or without sedation.
The same is true for buccal fat pad removal.
You can find one plastic surgeon to do your body work and then do the facial work as an in office local anesthesia procedure saving you money on facility fees.
In the end doing too much surgery in one day ends up not being such a great idea.
Find the right providers and see what they have to say.
To find the right provider I suggest patients have multiple in person consultations. During each consultation ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before and after pictures.
Ask them to show you as many pictures as possible of previous patients with similar body characteristics to your own. 
Ask providers to show you examples of excellent outcomes, average outcomes and outcomes that did not turn out as well as they had hoped.
Being shown a handful of preselected pictures which most likely represent the best results of a providers career is insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results look like in the hands of each provider or how many of each procedure that surgeon has performed.
For fat transfer results make sure all after pictures were taken at least 3 to 6 months from the date of surgery. early fat transfer results can look very impressive but do not represent final results by any stretch.
Ask providers what the revision rate is for the procedures you’re interested in and what the revision policy is.
Do not rush into having permanent and irreversible body changing operations.
Take your time and if you have questions or doubts slow down and schedule more consultations.
Rushing into these decisions and making poor choices especially about provider selection can end up being big mistakes.
