I feel like my low left side of my body has shifted. X-rays show I have a tilted pelvis, tilted uterus. My left side is lower than my right. Chiro said to wear a 4inch lift in my left shoe. I almost feel like something won't release. It's like my hamstrings are caught on something. I have weird knots all over my groin area and hip area traveling all over my body. I can feel them. Shaped like beans. I feel like I have no abdominal muscles. Sometimes it's hard to finish going to the bathroom.

Answer: Reply: " Severe hip pain radiating down my back a year after my Brazilian Butt Lift - advice?" Hi, Grbgrl2000! The deformity in your pelvis sounds like different than the knots on your groin area, which makes us think about lymph nodes. These lymph nodes may enlarge after an operation and stay big for some time.First of all, your photos and reports should be examined. In the light of this information, it will be useful for you to be evaluated your anatomical structure and be made a comment that will guide you accurately.

Answer: Issues after BBL Whether your symptoms are related to your BBL or not plastic surgeons are probably not the right doctors to manage your symptoms at this point. There’s no revision or reversing the BBL that’s going to solve your neurological or pain issues. I suggest consulting with a pain specialist. Ideally if you can find someone who has training in neurology and pain management that would be a perfect combination. Work up needs to include an MRI of your lower spine. Talk to your primary care doctor in terms of getting a referral to the right doctors. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD

Answer: Hip pain and lower extremity asymmetry after liposuction Hi and welcome to our forum! It appears that you require a complete orthopedic examination to determine the source of your hip pain and asymmetry. A unilateral 4 inch lift requirement is quite significant. If no pathologic problems are identified after physical examination and performance of radiographic studies, you may only require a course of physical therapy. If there is pathology, appropriate treatment is indicated.Best wishes...
