I have a bump on my nose that makes my nose look crooked from the front, especially when I smile! My whole nose shape is out of balance with a bulbous tip and narrow nose bridge. I was wondering if fillers could help build up the side of nose while also hiding the hump.
Answer: Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty Good Afternoon, Your nose has a small irregularity that can be improved with fillers. For a life long result, a rhinoplasty would offer better results and will not be temporary like a filler would be. Please consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Best Regards, Dr. Haworth

Answer: Non Surgical Nosejob Needs--Fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) Facial fillers (Voluma, Restylane, Juvederm) can be used to lift the nasal tip along with Botox and improve the symmetry of the nose, while disguising the bump. However, nasal tips need contouring with surgery to get the most improvement. See an expert for a formal evaluation. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Non-surgical Nosejob yes, fillers could be used to do the things you are looking for. Be extremely careful of who you allow to do this. In my opinion it should be by a surgeon, preferably a rhinoplasty surgeon, who is familiar with the vascular anatomy. There can be some disastrous results if not done properly. Good luck.

Answer: You are a Great Candidate for Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty Hi Pinkblossum, Thank you for sending in your questions about augmenting your nose with dermal filler. I can see from you photographs your areas of concern. By adding dermal filler to your nasal dorsum and bridge, we can achieve a more proportionally balanced nose. Tip refinement is also possible with non-surgical rhinoplasty. I would like to give you a little more tip projection and create a smooth contour from the tip to the dorsum. Carefully adding filler to these areas will straighten the appearance of the nasal hump as well. I prefer to use Restylane for the nose. It is a hyaluronic acid dermal filler and is a smooth, clear gel that has a consistency of jelly and goes in very evenly. It is reversible and lasts up to 1 year.I’ve created a video about non-surgical rhinoplasty to answer some of the basic questions about the treatment. I think you would be a good candidate for non-surgical rhinoplasty with a skilled and experienced surgeon. Best of luck.

Answer: Non-surgical rhinoplasty Thank you for your photos. It is definitely possible to improve the contours of your nose with an injectable filler. It is important to go to an experienced injector who can perform the procedure properly as their is a risk of tissue loss and injury with incorrect injections. I prefer a dissolvable HA filler such as VOLUMA which is safer and can be reversed if it is not to your liking. You may also want to consider a rhinoplasty in the long-term which can create more dramatic results and are permanent which may be more cost-effective in the long-run. Hope this helps!
