Based on your singular photo, you appear to have a wide nasal appearance, along with relatively thick nasal skin. Unfortunately, my sense is that adding volume to your nose would only lead to a larger nasal appearance. Rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for achieving narrowing of the upper middle and lower thirds of your nose on front view, and your profile could be refined as well. Please consider meeting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists so you could see what you may achieve with surgery. Thank you so much for your question, and I hope you find it helpful. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
Yes, fillers could help. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to discuss your desired results and treatment options. Facial fillers (Voluma, Restylane, Juvederm) can be used to improve symmetry and fullness of the nose. Surgery would be needed for the nostrils/shape. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Thank you for your question. I do see from this one photo that your bridge and tip are flat. The bridge can be augmented with filler for better shape and height. The tip is more tricky. If there is no tip support and tip is weak, a rhinoplasty will give you much better results than fillers. See a surgeon and get an opinion after an exam. Good luck

Based on your photos, you appear to have an overprojected nasal appearance, mostly in your bridge. That means that your bridge sticks out from your face further than your nasal tip. This is associated with a dorsal hump as well. Adding volume to your nose may only lead to a larger nasal...
Vascular obstruction and necrosis from HA fillers happens because the product is a gel, and it can compress a small artery, or get inside of a small artery and block it. Utilizing a blunt tipped cannula would lead to more tissue trauma, and I do not believe this would reduce the risk of ha...
Since the nose is not a dynamic entity that moves, but rather remain stationary, I believe that fillers can last for a long time in the nose. We have been advocating the use of microtroplet Silikon-1000 for permanent non-surgical nose job treatments for over 25 years. It is an excellent product...
Sometimes, a picture is worth a thousand words. If you like, feel free to re-ask your questions with photographs, so the experts can view them and give a more specific response insofar as your candidacy for nasal fillers. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
I say this, because an upturned nasal appearance and a low nasal bridge indicates a relatively small nasal appearance, and fillers can be helpful for these issues. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
