Rhinoplasty: which technique is best for elevation of the tip?

dear doctors: which technique is the best short and long term when it comes to elevating/lifting the tip of a sunken nose? (note: the tip of the nose should stay up for the rest of the life) 1.columella strut, 2.tip rotation, 3.tip grafts, 4.suture placement, or 5.septal extension grafts ?? thanks
