Rhinoplasty: which technique is best for elevation of the tip?

Hello and thank you for your question.   All five of the techniques you have listed are techniques I frequently use for tip elevation.  The best combination of techniques truly depends on your individual nasal anatomy and goals.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after
pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon
and not just a computer animation system. The most important
aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek
consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate
you in person.

It's important that you choose your surgeon based on producing natural results, and not try to choose the different types of surgical techniques that can accomplish your goals.  Rhinoplasty is the most difficult procedure to perform correctly in the entire field of cosmetic surgery, so it is very difficult for patients to understand the technical differences between these maneuvers.
