Your nose does grow as you age.  It is best to wait until you are fully grown to have rhinoplasty surgery, which is typically at least age 16 for girls and 17 for boys.  The nose continues to grow in smaller amounts in future decades.

 The short answer is yes. If you are female nasal surgery can be done at 14 years of age. If you are a maleyou should wait until 18 to 20 years of age.

every bone in human body grows during puberty. Only when the growth plates are closed, the growth process is finished. I would recommend you to wait a bit more or consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon which has a lot experience in rhinoplasty.

The nose does grow in proportion to your face and body. It is best to  delay getting a nose job until you have  stopped growing.

I think that it is safe to undergo rhinoplasty at the age of 16 if you are female.
