I'm interested in getting forehead prominence reduction, scalp hairline advancement type 3 surgery, orbital bone reduction, etc... Will it cause hair loss, or negatively change my eye shape? I'm worried not only about my health but also about my physical appearance?

It is not clear from your photos what kind and how extensive forehead and orbital reconstruction you may need. This issue would be best addressed on the basis of in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in craniofacial surgery. Good luck.

Forehead advancement or hair transplant both work to lower your hairline.  Each has its own advantages and disadvantages.Your photos of the thinning hair on the sides of your temples will not likely be addressed with a forehead advancement and there will always be a risk of hair loss (no matter which type of surgery you choose).

Assuming you are in good health, you should not have a complication IF you go to a very experienced FFS surgeon who does this procedure every week. You do NOT need a type 3 procedure as I have never had a patient I could not make the orbital rims flat by contouring and reducing the bone! See a very experienced surgeon who can show u dozens of before/after photos with close ups of the hairline.

Forehead reduction, hairline lowering, and orbital bony contouring can all be accomplished using the Irregular Trichophytic Hairline Incision technique that I described many years ago. Bone contouring is achieved by shaving the excess bone.
