Hi, I am from india, I am a trans male to female person. I have had hair transplant surgery, results just seems ok. Due to a big forehead, I feel dsyphoric as it gives me masculine looks, can I get forehead reduction surgery when I suffered from make pattern baldness?

Answer: Hair transplant patient I am not sure why, when you had a hair transplant, you didn't address the forehead issue as it was the best time to do so with an extension of the hair transplant to reduce your forehead. Your risk is that a hairline lowering surgery might further accelerate the genetic hair loss, so consider a hair transplant to do what you want rather than a hairline advancement surgery
