Facial hairline/brow/eyelid and more asymmetry-let's come up with a plan. Thoughts, advice?

Hairline lowering vs Hair Transplants for the high hairline in the female. You do have facial asymmetry, as most people do. As far as your hairline goes, you are a good candidate for a trichophytic hairline lowering procedure. It is also possible to try to lower the left eyebrow at the same time to improve the eyebrow asymmetry, but its probably easier to lift the right brow a few millimeters to match the left side. Good luck

 Your eyebrow position appears normal, so a brow lift would be unnecessary.   Botox can address some asymmetry. Consider a lower blepharoplasty procedure to address the bags in your lower lids. Hair Transplants  to the scalp can help address the asymmetries in the forehead area.
