Can you have a forehead reduction after having a brow lift?

The simple answer is yes. There are different types of brow lift and it depends which technique was used in our case. Nevertheless, almost invariably forehead reduction surgery is in most cases independent of previous brow surgery and can be performed subsequently with good outcome. This is also an excellent opportunity to consider revision or further improvement of the brow lift surgery, if this was need. .

Hairline lowering is commonly performed after endoscopic brow lifts due to hairline elevation with this procedure.  I would not perform this procedure on someone who had a coronal brow lift.  It is possible if the brow lift was performed with a trichophytic incision.  Ideally, these 2 procedures would have been performed at the same time, but they are commonly performed separately as well.  Hair transplant to lower the hairline is another good option.

Forehead reduction after Browlift? Yes as long as the Browlift had small incisions and not a coronal. That would be risky if an island were created and the center might die!
