Can you have a forehead reduction after having a brow lift?

The simple answer is yes. There are different types of brow lift and it depends which technique was used in our case. Nevertheless, almost invariably forehead reduction surgery is in most cases independent of previous brow surgery and can be performed subsequently with good outcome. This is also an excellent opportunity to consider revision or further improvement of the brow lift surgery, if this was need. .

Patients can usually have a forehead reduction after a brow lift, but this would depend on what kind of brow lift was performed previously, the placement of incisions, scalp laxity, etc.  I always recommend speaking with a forehead reduction expert to determine if you are a good candidate for surgery and to answer all the questions you might have.All the best,

Hairline lowering is commonly performed after endoscopic brow lifts due to hairline elevation with this procedure.  I would not perform this procedure on someone who had a coronal brow lift.  It is possible if the brow lift was performed with a trichophytic incision.  Ideally, these 2 procedures would have been performed at the same time, but they are commonly performed separately as well.  Hair transplant to lower the hairline is another good option.

Forehead reduction after Browlift? Yes as long as the Browlift had small incisions and not a coronal. That would be risky if an island were created and the center might die!

The answer depends on what kind of prior browlift you had performed.  If it was a hairline incision/trichophytic approach, then yes, the hairline lowering surgery can likely be safely performed.
