Dear Patient: thanks for your question and photos. I will have to agree with my fellow Board Certified Plastic Surgeons, you need to go see your plastic surgeon right away m. Only an exam will determine what's going on! Please schedule a post op appt right away!
I appreciate your question. I would recommend that you discuss this question with your surgeon as every surgeon has their own respective post op protocol for his/her patients. Your surgeon is your best resource as he/she is most familiar with your medical history and how you are healing at this time. The best way to assess and give true advice would be an in-person exam. Please see a board-certified plastic surgeon that specializes in aesthetic and restorative plastic surgery. Best of luck! Dr. Schwartz Board Certified Plastic Surgeon #RealSelf100Surgeon
Hello,More recent photos looks like bruising. However, with a question of such importance, it's best not to rely on photos and see someone in person. Best of luck!
Hello Benedek87, from the photos you posted your left breast looks to only be bruised from the procedure. Of course, its difficult to know for sure without a physical examination, I recommend you follow up with your plastic surgeon who performed your procedure. But make sure to look for signs or symptoms of infection, such as; fever, warmth, excess tenderness, night sweats, chills. If you have any of those, see your plastic surgeon sooner rather than later. Hope this helps! Congrats on your breast augmentation!
It's hard to tell without an examination. Based on these photos, you only have bruised areas that is expected on day 5 after surgery. Symptoms and signs indicating infection include increasing pain, redness, purulent discharge form the incisions, fever and chills among others. Please follow up with your surgeon to make sure you are healing as expected.Pej Aflaki, M.D.Johns Hopkins-trained plastic surgeon

It is hard to tell with the steri-strips in place. It is always best to see your surgeon, and let them take a look for you. Sometimes bruising can look like infection in photos, so it is difficult without seeing you in person.
it may just be bruised, it's hard to tell without examining you in person. You should follow up with the surgeon that did your procedure. Good luck! DSR
Unfortunately it's hard to tell cuz your pictures are a little hazy . I recommend you follow your surgeon's advice give it some time and see if it resolves ..Best Regards Dr Michael Gartner
It has been my experience that computer morphing for breasts is not accurate. It does not take into account the inherent elastic properties which are different in every person and cannot be measured. That's why for some it may work and some not. I've had patients who have complained to me o...
IUDs are not usually removed during breast augmentation. However, it would still be best to inform your surgeon regarding this beforehand. Consult with him regarding all your concerns before the surgery to avoid complications and confusion afterwards.
