I have two very small black spots on my nipple following my breast augmentation. I'd like a second opinion (Photo)

Based on your photograph, it appears that the dark areas represent simple bruising. The sensation changes you describe are quite common in this early after the procedure. Stay in close contact with your plastic surgeon. Best wishes.

Thank you for sharing your question and photograph. Though some small bruising is possible with an augmentation yours is in an uncommon location.  I would maintain close follow up with your surgeon while allowing your results to mature to see if the area clears on its own.  Hope this helps.

I would recommend that you discuss this question with your surgeon as every surgeon has their own respective post op protocol for his/her patients.  Your surgeon is your best resource as he/she is most familiar with your medical history and how you are healing at this time.

The best way to assess and give true advice would be an in-person exam.

Your photos is not the greatest in quality. Looks like bruising which is no real concern. Should settle with time.

Thank you for bringing your concern here. It is difficult to tell from the photo and would be much easier to evaluate in person, but it looks like it may be bruising or possibly pigment which is just now more prominent with the larger breasts. Keep an eye on it and if it gets worse or it is still there in a month or two check with your surgeon or someone you trust. Good luck!

I'm sorry that you have concerns in your recovery. It does appear to be bruising but it is hard to tell with the photo being somewhat blurry. I'd recommend watching it and keeping in contact with your surgeon.
