The simulation just looks bigger than how the sizers were when I tried them on and more saggy. Also off to the sides which the Dr.'s assistant said would not be like that after the actual surgery.

Answer: Has anyone used the Crisalix simulation? It doesn't seem accurate.
IUDs are not usually removed during breast augmentation. However, it would still be best to inform your surgeon regarding this beforehand. Consult with him regarding all your concerns before the surgery to avoid complications and confusion afterwards.

Thanks for your question! If you were my patient, I would say no. I prefer my patients not "submerge" their fresh incision until I have cleared them at 3 weeks post-op. That being said, every plastic surgeon is different so I would reach out to yours specifically and see what he says. Good luck!
