How long do I have to wait after a breast augmentation to submerge myself in sea water?

Had surgery 9/19 and I was wondering if I could just sit in the ocean, no swimming and I will wear a long sleeve "surf" type shirt so I don't burn. I've heard that the ocean helps heal wounds, might just be an old wives tale :) Thanks

Hello,Late term capsular contracture frequently occurs because of bacteremia from either infections elsewhere, like a tooth abscess, or more commonly from a non-sterile procedure, like dental work and Pap smears. Although it doesn't happen to everyone, it doesn't make it any less real. Hello, it is not typical to develop new food allergies or persistent heartburn after breast augmentation surgery.   It's possible that a person could have a reaction to a specific medication given around the time of surgery, but the procedure itself shouldn't cause an allergy to food.  Sim...

You are very early postop and your implants are sitting very high - completely normal at this stage. When your implants settle and fluff more, your nipples will be more "up" relative to your implant position. Please speak to your surgeon if you are concerned.Regards,

I understand you are concerned. You are early post op so there will be swelling that subsides. Your size will change slightly. Please note that different bra companies may be slightly different in sizes in their merchandise. Please speak to your plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns.Regards,
