I met with doctor Micheal G for a consultation for breast augmentation. He is so nice and explained everything in detail. We tried on different sizes and I was concerned between 275cc and 300cc and I kept going back and forth a lot. He explained that which would look better on me and explained if I wanted the 275cc look I should go for the 300cc. I’m so happy I went to him. His energy and vibe is claiming and fun. He made a joke about my job and my boob job which he was hilarious. His office is absolutely beautiful. I went to a couple consults but he was the best!! I’m so happy with my choice of 300cc. Dr. Gartner is amazing. Very skilled, and good bedside manner. I did a lot of research, then did a few consultations with multiple surgeons before making my decision. I could not be happier with my results. I had liposuction at the Paramus NJ location. It’s been 6 weeks post op and I am thrilled with the results. I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the anesthesiologist. She was amazing on the day of my surgery. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She THOROUGHLY explained everything I should expect to experience after the procedure, and she was spot on. This information allowed me not to panic as I was recovering . Isabel who took care of my 3 ultrasounds during recovery was great. Raven who set up my consultation was also excellent. My complete experience from start to finish with the very skilled Dr. Gartner and the entire Paramus NJ staff was EXCELLENT!

I visited many doctors to no prevail and asked my facial plastic who he would recommend. He highly regarded Dr Gartner as his sister had a breast augmentation by Dr Gartner and she was pleased with his results. I’m truly happy that I went with this recommendation, as I finally feel a bit of normalcy after a botched job many years ago. It’s been about three weeks since I’ve had my surgery and my breast look remarkable thus far. For a truly skilled surgeon I would highly recommend Dr Gartner.

I’ve had a few gain/loss cycles in my life. After getting to my ideal weight- going from a 34J to a 30ddd/32dd- I felt I needed a little help with the excess skin. I didn't want to have a reduction, just a lift. My goal- have the breast that I would have had if I didn't go through those cycles. I loved Dr Gartner’s portfolio. Setting up the initial virtual consult was easy. He patiently answered all my questions and was very knowledgable. I choose to fly across the US instead of having my surgery done locally in LA/Beverly Hills/The OC.

The day prior to my surgery his team were warm and walked my through everything that needed to happen and ensured I was ready to go. The day of surgery went by so smoothly. I chose to undergo my BL with local anesthesia only (I was awake during the surgery); the Dr and his assistants were amazing conversationalist. Post op I was given instructions and sent to my hotel to recover with my bestie.

Dr Gartner was available and highly communicative through the entire process. He knowledgeably answered all my questions and explained the healing process at each check-in stage. The results are beautiful. He listened to me and what my hopes were and i am so beyond glad I went with him and his team.

OK Ladies, I am a 50-year-old blk woman who had my first breast augmentation in March of 2002, YES, I have had my saline implants in for 20 years BY ANOTHER DOCTOR. I found Dr. G on YouTube, and then I researched him on Realself, BBB, and google. I had my first consultation with him 7/29/22 and scheduled surgery for 8/26/22. I will tell you that the ladies that work for him are EXCEPTIONAL, SWEET, PROFESSIONAL, AND NICE!!! The office is BEAUTIFUL and CALMING, you will not be disappointed!!! Dr. G knows what he is doing, he is patient, TALENTED, PROFESSIONAL, AND KNOWLEGEABLE ABOUT HIS PROFESSION!!! and he allows you to choose what you want, and if there are any issues with what you want, he will give options, and the truth!!!! LADIES when I tell you I was awake during the surgery, I was singing to the music that was being played and that relaxed me more BECAUSE I WAS NERVOUS!!!! I felt ZERO PAIN while in surgery, I was CHILLEN WHILE GETTING MY NEW BOOBIES, LOL
RECOVERY, OK LADIES I was SHOCKED, I had little to no pain, and I took IBUPROFEN THE SECOND DAY AND I NEVER TOOK THE OXYCODONE ACETAMINOPHEN!!! I DID NOT NEED THEM AT ALL!! It's been four months now, I wear a sports bra, and sometimes no bra at all!!! I do wear a bra to bed every night. OH YEAH, after surgery I was a little emotional, and I thought my boobs were too small, (YEAH, I AM A LITTLE CRAZY SOMETIMES, LOL) I called Dr. G and he was very patient with me and told me to be patient because I was not healed yet!!!! NOW, I AM SO GLAD I LISTENED BECAUSE HE WAS RIGHT!! I HAVE TO PRACTICE PATIENCE, AND TO TRUST THE PROCESS, (I AM STILL LEARNING THAT AT MY AGE, LOL) I FORGOT TO TELL YOU GUYS I AM 124 POUNDS AND I DONT KNOW WHAT SIZE I WAS BEFORE, BUT NOW I HAVE MENTOR 500CCS. I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE AND IT WAS AN EASY RECOVERY!!!! LADIES IT IS IMPORTANT TO DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH ON THE DOCTOR YOU CHOOSE!!!! IN MY OPINION DR. I forgot to let you ladies know that my implants are saline, the shape is round, and it was completed through my nipple!!!! Dr G just went over my previous scar from my first surgery, and the scar is not really visible, and my skin did not keloid (THANK GOD, LOL).

Dr. Gartner’s work is 10/10. I am incredibly happy with my breast augmentation. I wanted a natural look and that is exactly what I got. No surprises. Doctor and his staff very professional and made the whole process clear and easy for me.

Dr. Gartner and team are helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. I've had fantastic results from my tummy tuck surgery. The office atmosphere is very warm and pleasant with kind and friendly staff members. I would highly recommend them for your surgical needs.

Doctor Gartner is such a talented surgeon. He made my dream results come to life. His skill, knowledge and professionalism is the reason I decided to move forward with him. He put my health and safety first which of course is one of the main priorities. The entire team was helpful and answered every one of my questions. I’m very happy with my decision. As indicated in the title, I am very much please with my results. Dr. Gartner listed to what I was looking for and surely delivered.
