Average price on a breast lift and areola reduction?

Im looking to get a Breast lift along with an areola reduction. I only need an areola reduction on one breast and I want to know around how much it will cost. Thanks!

the cost of surgery depends on a lot of factors (type of surgery, number of treated areas, anesthesia fee, surgeon, facility fee, city, etc.). It would be the best to visit or call plastic surgery offices and ask for a price.

Restoring shape and volume is what breast enhancement procedures are all about.  When there is loose skin, this must be addressed.  There are many options available with different lift procedures and a multitude of breast implant options.  Here is a basic list of the four options available:

Breast lift alone (mastopexy)Breast lift combined with a small breast implant (below the muscle)Breast lift followed by a large breast implant (2 separate procedures)Breast implant alone (on top of the muscle, silicone)Every woman is built differently and every breast is different, even on the same person.  So, each procedure is customized for every individual.  The final decision on how to proceed can be made after a history and physical examination, detailed measurements, photographs, computer simulation, trying on sizers, reviewing before and after photographs of other women similar in shape and size and talking with your surgeon.  A surgical plan will be developed that depends on:

Thanks for the great question. The areolas are always reduced as a part of the breast lift procedure. You should not be seeing two separate prices from someone for both a lift and areola reduction.  When it comes to costs of surgery, there may be many “variables” involved. The exact operation planned, specific surgeon's credentials/experience level (or lack thereof), the specific geographic area you are looking at, the different operations available, the location of the procedure (quality of surgery facility), type/quality of anesthesia provider… are some of the potential variables involved. You will find some average costs of surgery on this website and on individual plastic surgeons' websites as well.
In regards to outcome of the planned procedure, more important than costs of the procedures will be careful selection of your plastic surgeon. I would suggest starting with the American Society of Plastic Surgery and/or the Aesthetic Society of Plastic Surgery to obtain a list of well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons.
Then, I would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices concentrate on aesthetic surgery. ***Ask to SEE lots of examples of their work AND preferably speak/see patients who have had similar procedures done.
Be very careful with your decision-making. You will find, while doing your due diligence, that there are many different “specialties” who will offer their services to you; again, I strongly recommend you concentrate on surgeons certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
  I would also suggest that you do not base your selection of plastic surgeon primarily on costs of surgery; keep in mind that further revisionary surgery may be more costly in many ways.

Hello I can't answer the question about cost as you are in the USA but just as a heads up about having different operations on each side. The areolar reduction is basically a periareolar breast lift and remember this type of lift can flatten the breast and the areolar can spread out again over time. The breast lift with the vertical scar I assume is what you need on the other side. It is worth discussing all of the above with your surgeon once you find one. Hope this helps
