Dear jj87562,the cost of surgery depends on a lot of factors (type of surgery, number of treated areas, anesthesia fee, surgeon, facility fee, city, etc.). It would be the best to visit or call plastic surgery offices and ask for a price.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Hello dear!!Thanks for the question and provided information as well. The average cost varies a lot depending on the city, the clinic and the plastic surgeon. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)
It is a pleasure to answer your question. The cost of a surgical procedure varies depending on many aspects such as: Surgeon´s geographic location, OR time, length of procedure, anesthesia, surgeon expertise, etc. I recommend you visit a board certified plastic surgeon. Hope this helps. Good luck.
Restoring shape and volume is what breast enhancement procedures are all about. When there is loose skin, this must be addressed. There are many options available with different lift procedures and a multitude of breast implant options. Here is a basic list of the four options available:Breast lift alone (mastopexy)Breast lift combined with a small breast implant (below the muscle)Breast lift followed by a large breast implant (2 separate procedures)Breast implant alone (on top of the muscle, silicone)Every woman is built differently and every breast is different, even on the same person. So, each procedure is customized for every individual. The final decision on how to proceed can be made after a history and physical examination, detailed measurements, photographs, computer simulation, trying on sizers, reviewing before and after photographs of other women similar in shape and size and talking with your surgeon. A surgical plan will be developed that depends on:Patient desiresThe breast "footprint"The expertise of the surgeonCostDown timeScarsRisks and potential complicationsPlease consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who performs breast enhancement procedures frequently. This is an outpatient procedure with a quick recovery and a very high patient satisfaction rating. The cost of a breast lift will range from $4,000 - $6,000.Good Luck!
Thanks for the great question. The areolas are always reduced as a part of the breast lift procedure. You should not be seeing two separate prices from someone for both a lift and areola reduction. For average pricing in your area check on realself. They're able to provide a good idea of what a breast lift should cost in your area. Best,~Dr. Sieber
Thank you for the question. When it comes to costs of surgery, there may be many “variables” involved. The exact operation planned, specific surgeon's credentials/experience level (or lack thereof), the specific geographic area you are looking at, the different operations available, the location of the procedure (quality of surgery facility), type/quality of anesthesia provider… are some of the potential variables involved. You will find some average costs of surgery on this website and on individual plastic surgeons' websites as well.In regards to outcome of the planned procedure, more important than costs of the procedures will be careful selection of your plastic surgeon. I would suggest starting with the American Society of Plastic Surgery and/or the Aesthetic Society of Plastic Surgery to obtain a list of well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons. Then, I would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices concentrate on aesthetic surgery. ***Ask to SEE lots of examples of their work AND preferably speak/see patients who have had similar procedures done.Be very careful with your decision-making. You will find, while doing your due diligence, that there are many different “specialties” who will offer their services to you; again, I strongly recommend you concentrate on surgeons certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. I would also suggest that you do not base your selection of plastic surgeon primarily on costs of surgery; keep in mind that further revisionary surgery may be more costly in many ways.I hope this helps. Best wishes.
Hello I can't answer the question about cost as you are in the USA but just as a heads up about having different operations on each side. The areolar reduction is basically a periareolar breast lift and remember this type of lift can flatten the breast and the areolar can spread out again over time. The breast lift with the vertical scar I assume is what you need on the other side. It is worth discussing all of the above with your surgeon once you find one. Hope this helps
Bad idea for a bad procedure. Didn't work on the face and it won't work on the breasts. You will be "digging out" permanent suture in your breasts for years to come. Don't be a guinea pig.Good Luck!
I am sorry to hear about the complication you have experienced. You will find that there are many ways to treat these open wounds; there is not necessarily a "right answer". Much will depend on your physical examination, your plastic surgeon's judgment/experience/preferences, and your pre...
Good afternoon and thank you for your question and picture, It definitely looks like there is a vascular compromise in the area, I would recommend you to visit your board certified plastic surgeon as soon as possible for further evaluation.
