Brilliant surgeon and I feel very grateful to find Caroline. Her team are so helpful. I’m very happy with the results of my procedure I couldn’t have asked for better!!! When I first went for a consultation it was very informative and thorough. Caroline had taken the time to go over what’s involved and what to expect afterwards. Caroline has an impeccable bed side manner, I felt very at ease. There was never a moment I even had to question if I was in safe hands, which is often the number one concern with surgery. I couldn’t recommend Caroline enough and I would like to say a massive thank you for the patience, kindness, support, attentiveness and skill that went into my procedure. I am now in a body I feel more comfortable in!

So pleased with my result. I had 375cc breast augmentation. I was very small prior to my op with not much tissue to the breast. I went over the muscle and absolutely love the look of them. I went from an A cup to a D cup. Bra size I went from a 32D to a 32F (apparently back measurements bring the cups size up) Caroline was so friendly but honest and truthful about what to expect. I highly recommend

Caroline Payne is a very talented women. I have had a few procedures with Caroline And I highly recommend her. Caroline’s bedside manner is impeccable- she shows amazing attention to detail when it comes to what you want. I have had a mini tummy tuck and I’m so delighted and happy with the results. I then went on to have a breast uplift and my old implants removed- this was just before lockdown due to the coronavirus. The results are absolutely amazing. My scars are hardly noticeable and the whole experience was really easy. I’m booked in with Caroline again in October 2020 for breast implants and some liposuction.. Caroline has a full female team which was exactly what I was looking for. I have had surgery at both Spire Roding and the Holly house.

I have recently had a breast augmentation operation performed by Ms. Caroline Payne at The Holly Private Hospital. I specifically wanted a female surgeon and Ms. Payne immediately understood what I was seeking to achieve which was a very natural look. I had wanted the operation since my twenties (I am now 46!) but 2 consultations with Ms. Payne put me at total ease and gave me the confidence to proceed, despite never having had any surgery before. My op was going to be a bit more complicated as I have a mild scoliosis (spinal curvature) which Ms. Payne picked up immediately without me even mentioning it. This caused one breast to appear larger than the other, which we also sought to correct through the operation. The op itself was a breeze and my care at The Holly was amazing. I am absolutely ecstatic with the results, which look exactly as I had hoped for. I cannot recommend Ms. Payne enough for her appreciation of the results I was seeking to achieve, and for listening very carefully to my requirements and planning accordingly - and then ensuring I got what I was looking for. I am properly delighted, and sort of wish I had it done years ago!

I had a breast augmentation procedure with Caroline Payne on the 23rd January 2018 at Holly House Private Hospital and I cannot recommend her enough! The whole procedure from start to finish was wonderful and professional. I had wanted a breast augmentation from the age of 13/14. I am now 22. It was a big deal to me to find someone that would listen to what I wanted, why I wanted it and obviously do a good job! I went for a consultation with another surgeon before having a consultation with Caroline and I came away from it feeling dis-heartened. That particular surgeon wouldn't go to a nice enough size for me in my eyes and I wasn't willing to pay out for surgery when I could just go buy a good bra for the size they told me I could go for. I got recommended Caroline and booked a consultation with her straight away. The consultation was great, very professional, very thorough, measurements were taken and noted and she then gave me a list of 4/5 different implant sizes that I could try to see what they would look like and then choose. I felt at ease and very comfortable and came away from that consultation having chosen my implant size and booking my procedure date! When the day finally came around, of course I was nervous but Caroline and her team of ladies made me feel comfortable and answered all the questions I had. Obviously the procedure, I don't remember a thing but coming back from the anaesthetic was like waking up from a heavy sleep. I didn't feel groggy or anything. 3 of Caroline's team members came up to see me while I was in recovery, including Caroline herself which I really appreciated. The after care I got was outstanding and I would highly recommend going with a surgeon that can promise great aftercare as you don't know what will happen once you go home! My procedure was a smooth process with fabulous outcomes! I would highly recommend Caroline as she is great at what she does, listens to you and understands you.

I have always wanted a Breast Augmentation ever since I can remember and I finally plucked up the courage to ask if I was finally allowed one. To my amazement my mum said yes and helped me every step of the way in finding a surgeon and what kind of look I was going for. I decided to meet Dr Caroline Payne who had been recommended to me, she really listened to what I wanted and sat me down and talked me through everything. I decided to go for 415cc round over the muscle, I was about a 32/34 B beforehand and wanted a big, full look. We booked my surgery and next thing I know I'm on my way to Holly House it went so quickly! I was really nervous about having this done just because I am really really scared of needles and it was the general anesetic that was scareing me over the whole procedure. When it was time to lay on the bed in the room where they put you down my anxiety really kicked in I didn't even want to get on the bed! The two nurses who were in there made me feel at real ease and where chatting to me that the needle wasn't as bad as what I worked myself up to. Next thing I know I'm waking up in recovery like nothing had happened!! I was hardly in any pain the only thing I would say is that my surgery was late in the afternoon and I hadn't eaten that morning and the worse tummy ache for hours, so just make sure you do eat 6 hours before! I would never usually do something like this but I found Real Self really helpful in calming my nerves and thought that this would be helpful for the people who do have a phobia of needles and are just nervous in general! I want to wish everyone the best of luck if you are having your surgery and to the people who are thinking of having it done.. do it you will be fine it was breeze! Stressed and worried over nothing, coming from the biggest crybaby/scardy cat ever! I am still so happy I had it done but I'm currently going through a stage where I'm not happy with how they look. I'm so glad no one talked me into going down a size as I was stuck between 385cc and 415cc. Everyone was telling me that I was going to be massive with 415cc and that it's something I need to be sure I wanted as they could be too big. I think now that people was saying this I had an expectation in my head and they're not as big as I though they were going to be. Don't get me wrong they're not small but I think for the amount that they cost I did expect them to be bigger. I hope once they fully drop and I can push them together a bit more then I will be more satisfied but for now I do wish I had looked into going for a bigger cc.
