Why are my areolas different from each other in shape and raised up off my skin where the incisions were made? (Photos)

Alyssa4589
2 weeks post op. Breast aug w/ Mastopexy. I took the bandages off & noticed they’re not flush with my skin where it was stitched back on the breast after being cut & moved. They’re raised up off my skin. They look like old stickers being peeled up off of paper. My areolas are so different looking. why? My right areola is bigger than my left & both aren’t cut in a pretty circle. The left is almost perfect but hard to see in the pic where it looks like the shape is a bit off. Will it get better?
