Why are my areolas different from each other in shape and raised up off my skin where the incisions were made? (Photos)

Your result is spectacular and the minor differences you are pointing out are MINOR.  Some silicone sheets or gel might help to equal them even more, but if there are no additional changes, you should be thrilled.

Dear Alyssa4589,I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast augmentation surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process at 2 weeks  post op.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. It appears from your photos that you are still in the very early part of your recovery, and everything looks great! There are always some minor differences from side to side in the healing phase, but these even out over time. Don't worry about it, and keep to the instructions from your PS. Good luck!

You look fine.  It takes months, not weeks for everything to settle down after a surgical procedure.  After the healing is finished, then you can be critical of the result, in the mean time, take a deep breath and let nature take it's course.Good Luck!

First of all, your concerns are very normal.  However, t is important to remember, at this point, you are ONLY two weeks out from surgery.  While it likely seems like it has been 3 months, you are healing very well at this point, and SO much of what concerns you today will be greatly improved with time.  Best of luck to your during your continued healing.

I can see from your pictures what you see. It appears that you are still very early in your recovery. Your result is really very good by any surgery standard. Give yourself time and These issues will substantially resolve. Congratulations on a great outcome. 

You are ONLY 2 weeks pst! Allow 3 months healing the. Did nt your surgeon explain healing phases preoperatively to you? Please be patient and allow swelling to subside and hearing to occur...

Thank you for your questions and photographs.  Your result at 2 weeks looks quite good to me.  It appears that the very outside layer of your skin has pulled apart a little bit in areas around the areolas.  Over the next few months this will flatten and look better.  Be patient. Congratulations on your surgery.
