If a mother wants fuller breasts and a tighter tummy, I frequently perform a breast augmentation (sometimes paired with an uplift) and tummy tuck to help fill out her bustline and slim down her waistline, while getting rid of excess skin and fat. Also known as abdominoplasty, this popular procedure removes excess skin and fat from the abdominal area while tightening the underlying muscles, helping you achieve a well-contoured midsection. I perform both standard tummy tucks, which remove excess skin while tightening the underlying muscles, and the mini tummy tuck, which tightens only the skin below the belly button, with a shorter incision and less recovery time. The procedure can also be combined with liposuction, to remove excess fat, and even breast enhancement for a full mommy makeover.
