Six months ago, I had an abdominoplasty performed by Rob, and the results have truly exceeded my expectations. Rob provided honest advice and realistic outcome expectations during both consultations, and he clearly explained all the potential risks involved in the surgery. His friendly and open approach made me feel comfortable and confident to ask any questions or raise any concerns. The outcome has completely blown me away — it’s such an amazing result! The aftercare I received was excellent; I always knew I could email or call if I had any questions or concerns during my recovery. As for the recovery itself, it was much easier than I anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise. All in all, I would highly recommend Rob to anyone considering this procedure. He is truly amazing!

I recently had a breast reduction with Mr Rob Winterton, and I can honestly say the whole experience has been outstanding. From my very first consultation, I felt completely at ease with his approach. He was approachable, reassuring, and never once made me feel rushed (unlike some previous experiences I’ve had). He took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, and after having two or three consultations with him, I knew he was the right surgeon for me. I’m so glad I made that decision. His office staff also deserve a mention – they are such a lovely, down-to-earth bunch and made the process even smoother. On the day of my surgery at the Alexandra Hospital, I was treated with genuine care and professionalism. There was a delay on the day, so I didn’t go down at my original time, but I was kept fully updated throughout, which really helped keep me calm. The room was comfortable, and the medical staff who came to check my details were also very pleasant and reassuring. As for the results – they are worlds apart from before, and I couldn’t be happier. I’m now around 7 weeks post-op, have already had two follow-up consultations, and will see Mr Winterton again at the 6-month mark. I’m absolutely delighted with the outcome and want to say a massive thank you to Mr Winterton and his team for their excellent care and expertise.

Following significant weight loss after a gastric bypass in Jan 2023, Mr Winterton was recommended to me for excess skin removal. The process was easy from start to finish, and Mr Winterton and his team were friendly, approachable and understanding. I had a combined mastopexy and fleur de lis abdominoplasty in Feb 2025, and am six months post-op. The recovery was smooth and uneventful and I very pleased with the results. The surgeon remained in touch throughout the recovery, and was always available by telephone/email for support.

I first went to see Mr Rob Winterton in May last year regarding a life-long, embarrassing condition, called gynecomastia. Rob and his team were highly professional throughout and put me at ease straight-away. Due to the severity of the issue, Rob warned me that surgery wouldn’t be straight forward and the end result, would incur scarring. He provided all the information I needed, over multiple appointments, to allow me to make an informed decision about whether the surgery was the right decision for me. I decided to go ahead with the operation in August last year and received excellent, professional and caring treatment. The following day when I was discharged, Rob ensured I had his contact details for any questions or concerns during the healing process. The aftercare treatment has also been fantastic, with Rob and his team always on hand for any queries I had, with frequent post op check ups to track the healing process. I'm 6 months out from my Tummy Tuck with Dr. Rob Winterton and honestly that has been the best decision I've ever made for myself. He was always very straightforward about risks and expectations on the consultations prior to the procedure. I felt informed, safe and motivated. The day of the surgery was brilliant, I was treated so well by all the staff and his team. Then right after surgery, when I looked at myself in the mirror, I finally felt like myself for the first time in my life. I've had a full tummy tuck, with liposuction and no muscle repair. My recovery was amazing, the scar is fading with time and I love my new belly button. Honestly, this has been such a great experience that 5 stars feel like not enough to rate him. My tummy was always full, I had a pooch and I hated so much how that showed up on clothes. The results from my surgery have exceeded my expectations in ways I honestly can't even describe. I'm beyond pleased with how it turned out and excited to see after a year when the scar has faded more.

Throughout every consultation he was professional and caring and I felt truly looked after throughout the entire process from beginning to end. I am THRILLED with my results!
