Thanks for the question. It’s too early to comment over the result. First couple of weeks after the surgery you can back to work and couple of weeks later your permanent recovery will start. It’s possible to see some major changes in Liposuction results till the end of 12 months recovery. I wish you all the best.
Hello monica400, I appreciate your questions! Every patient is unique and will have different recovery deadlines after VASER Liposuction. Maximum results would take up to 6 months to show. The swelling and bruising during the first 3-7 days are significant, and most patients will have difficulties moving around, in general. You will see significant improvement in the way your body feels and looks in the following 2 weeks. Be patient during those 2 weeks and you will then begin to see the final results of your VASER Liposuction procedure. Good luck and may God bless you! Dr. De La Cruz.
I see you had your procedure done mid-September. Congratulations! Sometimes patients expect to see immediate results after having fat removed via liposuction. Although some improvement may be visible a few weeks after surgery, patience is important. Swelling can persist for weeks or even months following surgery, and most doctors have patients wear compression garments during this time to reduce it. Final results may take 6 months to a year. Be sure to call your surgeon if anything seems off, and remain patient during this time. Wishing you well during your recovery!
Swelling and healing as well as scar maturation can persist for 6 months and sometimes up to 1 year following liposuction. I would follow with your doctor at this point. Kenneth Hughes, MD Los Angeles, CA
The first few weeks the swelling and bruising subside, but it only after six months that one can see the real result. The patient also must lose an amount of weight equal to the amount removed to get the result expected. The patient is the doctors best friend in achieving success.
Thank you for your question. As areas of liposuction evolve, it may take up to 6 months after surgery before you realize your final results. It is important to be patient after liposuction or any cosmetic procedure. I do not recommend revisions or "touch ups" until it has been 12 months after your initial surgery.
Most of the time you will see the difference within a week or two.The final result takes three to four months or more.Sometimes you will not see much difference on 1st or 2nd post-op days because of the retention of fluid or extra fluid infusion. After one week or so you start seeing the difference.Be patient.
Buyer beware! Liposuction comes in many different forms and the amount of liposuction done also varies from patient to patient. My Coolsculpting patients can, in fact, come in during their lunch hour for fat removal. However, they are well educated on the results that they can...
This is not a common request but may make sense in your case given the picture. Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of liposuction procedures each year. Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo...
This is really hard to answer without photos or an exam...
Yes! Just get the lipo to the love handles. Here are some good reasons: Liposuction to the love handles gives the existing butt more of a bubble butt appearance It decreases the waist to hip ratio (smaller waist in relation to hips) Gives a better "shelf" Some of the...
Hi Cheyla.... Wow! Your question just shows how a clever marketing campaign with literally hundreds of thousands of dollars spent on media advertising can give the impression that their method provides superior results. Sono Bello uses nothing different or special when compared to most body...
Most people have some loose skin after they lose as much weight as you have (i.e. 60lbs). But you have youth on your side; if you have good elasticity to your skin then liposuction may be possible. You could definitely have breast implants at the same time. The cost of liposuction...
