Hello, I am a 25 year old male 5' 9", 220lbs. I have fat deposits in the back of my head which became noticeable after I started losing my hair. Can these deposits be removed or dramatically reduced by liposuction? If so which kind of liposuction would you recommend? Will losing weight make a significant difference in these fat deposits? I have seen a plastic surgeon before who didn't think I would be a good candidate because of hematoma risk. Is this a legitimate concern?

This is not a common request but may make sense in your case given the picture.  Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of liposuction procedures each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.

What you have on the back of your skull and neck are skin rolls which contain some fat. But I would have no confidence that liposuction is going to make them go away...or even become less pronounced. This is a scalp skin excess problem not really a 'fat' problem per se. While the rolls could be reduced by excision, the scar trade-off is a dubious one.
