I had an explant and full anchor lift a little over a month and a half ago. My doctor made me look beautiful I am quite pleased. They have softened since the surgery but they are still a bit hard and tight. How long typically in patients does it take for breast tissue to settle and soften? Thanks in advance!

Explanation without removal of the entire scar capsule is prone to complications. We always remove the capsule, repair the muscles, and do not see seromas, muscle distortion (unless the muscle cannot be repaired), infection, and interference with cancer detection. The peer reviewed...
