Is there any way to totally get rid of loose skin without doing/getting a tummy tuck mark? (Photo)

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  Your best bet to not have any marks is to pursue diet and lifestyle changes to try and improve the skin appearance, but in most cases of loose skin it needs to be surgically removed in order to achieve a tighter look.  Hope this helps.

you can try diet and exercise in order to lose weight. Once you reach your goal weight, there is a chance that you won't have much loose skin and non-surgical methods can tighten the remaining skin.

There is no way to tighten the skin without a scar. You are a good candidate fir a tummy tuck. Although there are Non surgical devices to tighten skin but they don’t work.

I appreciate your concerns and desires to avoid surgery. Your first step should be adopting a reasonable diet and exercise regimen to try to achieve your goals without surgery. You may also consider hiring a personal trainer to assist you. Otherwise tummy tuck would be the only reliable option. Good luck.
