it’s been 10 months after my full tummy tuck with Lipo and I’m noticing under my incision has a hardness, thick and lumpy. It’s very unsettling. My surgeon is no longer in practice, please help

Answer: Tummy Tuck and incision firmness Thank you for your question. In most cases, firmness under the incision is due to scar tissue or fat necrosis which can cause lumps. Heat and massage generally minimizes this problem. Rarely a scar revision would be indicated. I would seek a board certified surgeon in your area to evaluate this concern.
