Mark is so amazing at what he does, from start to finish he is so thorough and makes you feel so comfortable. His staff are also so lovely & helpful! I am currently 2 weeks post ops from a breast lift with implants & labiaplasty. I am healing well & already so happy with the results. You won’t be disappointed!

A bit about me … After having huge breast implants over seas 17yrs ago, that has ruptured and sagged dreadfully and then having a baby at 41yrs old leaving me with muscle separation, my body was stretched & unrecognisable to me.
My health was suffering, I had no confidence and avoided socialising. I suffered with terrible back pain, chronic fatigue and was taking anti anxiety medication.
I decided to have a gastric sleeve operation and lost 30kg. Although I felt so much better due to weight loss I still needed my ruptured implants removed and my stomach muscles repaired.
The decision to choose Dr Hanikeri was an easy one as I had worked at the plastic surgery centre previously and was very familiar with his work ethic and results.
Mark is an excellent surgeon, he is dedicated and professional, he gave me his franc and honest opinions and made sure I understood what each procedure entailed. I felt extremely comfortable in his care and I’m so grateful to Mark and his whole team for guiding me though what was a very scary decision for me.
I now have my body back and feel like me again. These photos are taken 3 months post op.
I’m now 12 months post op and my results are just getting better . My scars are faded and any small puckering at the end of the incisions has all but disappeared. This had change my life in many ways, I no longer take anxiety medication and my back pain has gone. I’m happier and healthier and will forever be grateful to Mark for his amazing talents and care.

Mark is a wonderful doctor who made me feel at ease through my whole journey. Being a very private person I thought I would struggle, however Mark and his lovely staff made it a journey I could deal with. I now carry myself with confidence and no more neck and shoulder pain. That was so instant.

I had a breast augmentation with 375CC motiva ergonomic implants , and also had an internal bra fitted.

I could not be happier with the results! The entire process - from the initial consultation to the hospital visit and surgery to my post-care appointments - was fantastic and I have no complaints. Mark did an amazing job, his staff are so extremely kind and helpful and no question is too much.

My confidence has gone through the roof, and I am so happy I made this decision. Though recovery can be difficult for a few weeks, everything was worth it and 3 months later I have no issues with arm mobility or exercise.

All in all SO HAPPY

I can truly say my results are amazing and more than I could ever have hoped for. The post operative care is exceptional, always someone to help whith any enquires or concerns. At all times I was listened to and heard, my concerns noted and discussed. My journey is now finished after having a circumferential Abdominoplasty, bilateral mastopexy and breast augmentation and proximal thigh lift, all with Mark, after 60kg weight loss. ABOUT ME: I am 33 years old and have two children. I am 180cm tall and wear a size 12 on the bottom half and 8/10 up top. My bra band is size 12.

CONSULTATION PROCESS: I had two consultations with Dr Hanikeri prior to my surgery. I had a million questions and he was very patient and honest in answering them all. I wanted a generous augmentation with a natural looking result and particularly wanted the Motiva Ergonomix implant as I had read that it was very soft and took a natural shape in the body. Dr Hanikeri agreed it would be a suitable implant for me and recommended the 590cc size (I am 180cm tall with full hips so this size was proportionate to my frame).

SURGERY EXPERIENCE: I had my augmentation done at West Leederville Hospital. The staff were friendly and professional. Dr Hanikeri checked on me a couple of times afterwards and it was reassuring to be able to speak to him and hear that the surgery had gone well. I felt OK while at the hospital but unfortunately after I was discharged I started feeling very nauseous and kept throwing up every hour. I ended up calling the anaesthetist who advised me it was probably a reaction to the anaesthetic and would pass by the next day, which it did. It wasn't pleasant but a small price to pay for my result!

AFTER CARE: I had follow up appts at 1 week, 7 weeks and 7 months (included in the total cost of my augmentation). Additionally, Dr Hanikeri told me I could contact him if I had any questions or concerns, which I did do a couple of times in those early weeks. He was very prompt in getting back to me and helpful in his responses. I really appreciated having a direct line to him, especially as my implants took a while to settle in and I was worried about that at the beginning.

RESULTS:
SHAPE: I had some serious frankenboob going on in the early part of my recovery, and it took quite a while for my breasts to take on a more natural shape. 7 months on though, and I can say that they look pretty amazing! My lower pole has stretched out nicely and the nipple is sitting right where it should be. They look very soft, youthful and attractive.
SIZE: Although they are technically quite a large implant (the biggest Dr Hanikeri had ever done), they look perfectly proportionate on my tall frame. I was an A cup before, and now I look like a D-DD cup (I measure a little bigger than that in bras). I love the clothing options this augmentation has opened up to me - especially in the lingerie department! My husband and I have had a lot of fun, haha.
FEEL: It was important to me that my breasts feel like breasts, which is why I chose Motiva Ergonomix because you can't get any softer than this type of implant. This is the one area I'm not totally happy with yet. They still feel too firm to me, although my husband says they feel good to him lol. However, I am told and have read that it can take 12 months or more for them to completely soften. And to be honest, even if they don't, I wouldn't go back. I love having proper sized boobs so much!

OVERALL: I'm really pleased that I decided to get a breast augmentation, and that I chose Dr Hanikeri as my surgeon. He is experienced, honest and helpful and has given me an amazing result! I only wish I had gotten them done a decade earlier!

I’ve had large breasts since age 11, and never liked it. I wish I decided to do the reduction surgery sooner.

I’d always had jowls.. family inherited and lifestyle choices! I lost 24k through WW and noticed as I had just gone 60yrs more sagging and double (and treble) chins. I did my homework and chose Dr Hanikeri to help me. When I met him I was instantly reassured I’d chosen the right Dr. His quality and empathetic approach towards my issues were faultless. Due to Covid it took nearly a whole year until my surgery date, at times I changed my mind , decided it was wrong for me .. I suppose a lot of people go through the constant shall I shan’t I whilst awaiting surgery.
With every ounce of confidence I went ahead and am truly happy to say 2 weeks after that I’m extremely satisfied so far. My face is bruised and my neck, I’m really swollen but still convinced it’s right. Dr Hanikeri told me exactly how it would be and it is ! He is so dedicated and professional has an honest and to the point manner .. concise and crystal clear.
His team , along with himself are dedicated to supplying their patients with an excellent level of communication throughout.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.. I even received a beautiful plant from the team whilst

Before surgery and 13 days after.
Yes I’m bruised on my neck but easily covered with a scarf for now. We were going out so I did apply a fair bit of makeup to my face .. but honestly no filters just a photo in the bathroom. Very happy this early !.

4 weeks since my lower face lift and neck liposuction .
I actually have a neck .. haven’t seen it for a while.
Some bruising still apparent on my neck but it’s very easy to cover up.
VERY happy with my results so far!

6 wks post surgery.. very happy with my results it seems to improve on a weekly basis!
My skin is in great condition too .
It’s just the best thing I’ve ever done,, I feel more confident. I avoided having photographs taken completely, now I may be persuaded to ,,!

I couldn't be happier with my experience and the eyelid surgery l had six weeks ago. Dr. Hanikeri is a brilliant plastic surgeon and l highly recommend him. He is professional and knows he's stuff and l felt l was in safe hands when l had my surgery. He explains everything in detail from start to finish and l felt confident that he was the surgeon for me.
