Any solution for tuberous breasts and/ or herniated areoles? (photos)

lali97
I am 18 years old and my breasts haven't changed in about 4 years, I had thought their shape was due to development but I now realise it is more likely that I have tuberous breasts and herniated areolas, although this has not been confirmed to me. I am generally a 32B, and I am not concerned about the size- it is the areolas that concern me the most. I would be grateful for any advice. Thank you
