Thank you for your question and photos.  I agree with you that your implants are in a good position.   The tightness you are feeling now will relax over time.  The nipples will most likely remain as they are unless surgery was/is done to reduce the projection of them.  Consult with your plastic surgeon regarding your concerns.  Best wishes. 

Congratulations on your recent surgery.  Its still early days and its normal at this stage to still have residual swelling.  You will begin to see your final result over the coming few months.  If you continue to have concerns, discuss them with your plastic surgeon.

You have a wonderful result. The slight cone shape most likely will not soften. However, this could be addresses with a second stage which is not uncommon. Please ask your personal surgeon for options.

Thank you for the question and pictures. I would agree with you that your breast implants are sitting in good position. Unfortunately, unless there were specific maneuvers "performed" around the nipple/areola complexes, I would not expect the shape around that area to change.  your plastic surgeon, knowing exactly what maneuvers were utilized, will be your best resource when it comes to predicting how your breasts will change.  You may find the attached link, dedicated to tuberous/constricted breast surgery concerns, helpful to you.
