Is the external "rigottomies" needle procedure with fat transfer an effective way to improve the appearance of tubular breasts?

Question

Tuberous breasts are technically too high (abnormally high IMF), but the usual treatment is to lift the breast higher through mastopexy. I would love to avoid all of the cutting and scarring of a mastopexy and don't need perfectly round breasts. Distance from my clavicle to nipple is normal, but lower poles badly need filling. I'm looking for an east coast surgeon to perform rigottomies to loosen the constriction, coupled w/ fat transfer. Hoping to avoid further areolar stretching from Brava!

There are many variations of tuberous breast deformity and different surgical techniques are used depending on the degree of the deformity. The more severe the deformity, the more aggressive the surgical correction needs to be. I rarely perform a mastopexy at the initial procedure, but rather, allow the breast tissue to stretch and settle before addressing idea of a lift or areolar reduction unless they are overly large initially.

'Rigottomy' is the term used to describe scar release to make space for fat injection It is a very effective procedure ,however if used without implants several fat injections may be necessary

That is one way to do it. Without seeing photos, it is difficult to say.  I usually place implants and open the lower pole as needed.  Depending upon who the areola appears, I sometimes work on that as well.
